Shaké Sulikyan is a nationally recognized nonprofit leader and Gold trained #IAmRemarkable facilitator who is dedicated to making the world a better place.
She has over two decades of experience in aligning talent and resources to drive large-scale initiatives, build fruitful relationships, and reach record-breaking goals both in her paid and volunteer efforts.

Her nonprofit career includes roles in health care, academic medicine, higher education, social service and nonprofit organizations throughout the United States. She comes alive when envisioning possibilities for programs, services, people, and organizations. Her strength is connecting the right ideas and people to achieve bold goals and impact.

In January 2022, she re-launched Shake Sulikyan Consulting to support more nonprofits as a speaker, facilitator, and executive search consultant through her partnership with Boyden Boston.
She moved to the U.S. at the age of 12 and currently lives in Livermore with her husband and12 year old son.
Michelle Joyce is the co-host of the Innovative Philanthropy podcast and has over twenty-five years of experience in nonprofit management, digital media, and higher education fundraising. As the Senior Director of Strategic Engagement at the University of Oregon, she founded the university's inaugural development engagement unit. During her time at UO, Michelle has led her team to win several awards, including an international CASE Grand Gold for developing virtual engagement methods to enhance the donor pipeline.
Upon integrating AI tools into her work, Michelle quickly realized their potential to revolutionize the nonprofit and higher education sectors. Sharing her AI applications and insights with peers, she rapidly became a sought-after speaker on the subject and now gives presentations to national audiences.
Before joining UO, Michelle ran a digital marketing agency, crafting narratives for notable clients. She is also the author of "Posture Makeover," which led to TEDx Talks, national TV appearances, and a speaking spot at SXSW.
Michelle's ability to blend innovative thinking with proven results positions her as a leader in applying AI to strategic engagement, modeling new directions in digital innovation and philanthropy.
Angie is a technical learning and development professional with a passion for making the complex accessible. She has a passion for simplifying change and empowering end users. As the University of Nebraska Foundation’s technical trainer, she supported the organization’s mission to help the university change lives and save lives. Angie managed all proprietary software technical training, job aids, and eLearning solutions. In addition to IRL and VILT, she used Whatfix DAP to deliver in-app CRM support to 1800 end users. She authored using Articulate Rise to support and engage our diverse and scattered end-user population.
She managed all aspects of user training for the advancement system (BBCRM) and deep-dive content like prospect management, event management, and the CRM’s funds management portal, used by university partners to access funds, thank donors for their gifts, award scholarships and request expenses to be paid from foundation-held funds. Angie also delivered training and support to staff regarding expense reimbursement and the CMS (WordPress).
